Copper is getting cheaper

Copper is getting cheaper as it gets. The cost of copper on Friday morning declined after Asian stock indices, according to trading data.
September futures on copper at Comex exchange fell by 0.76% to $3.6197 a pound (about 0.45 kilograms).
Copper is getting cheaper at night? At the London Metal Exchange (LME), a ton of copper with delivery in three months rose by 1.35% to $8,931.5; aluminum declined by 0.33% to $2,403, and zinc – by 1.17% to $3,472.5 per ton.
Asia-Pacific stock indices were mainly down 0.8% on Friday as the market worried about a significant slowdown in economic growth in the U.S. and the world after a possible tightening of monetary policy by the Federal Reserve. As Asia is the biggest consumer of copper, the metal’s quotes are sensitive to the region’s dynamics.
