ICC confirms probe into alleged misconduct by war crimes prosecutor

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) -The International Criminal Court’s governing body will launch an external probe into its chief prosecutor Karim Khan over alleged sexual misconduct, it said in a statement on Monday (NASDAQ:), confirming a previous report by Reuters.
Khan has said in a statement that he will continue in his role on issues not related to the misconduct inquiry, and that issues related to the investigation will be handled by deputy prosecutors.
